Redmond Office
Redmond, Washington

A dispute between the two owners of the property triggered one of the more unique projects SEA CON LLC has been involved in.  As a result of the owners’ dispute which had put the project in limbo, SEA CON LLC was retained thru King County District Court to act as the third party manager to move the project thru final design, permitting and construction.  This 15,000 sf class “A” stand alone building was ultimately sold when completed by SEA CON LLC to an independent buyer, allowing the original owners to resolve their differences with the sale proceeds.
