REI Distribution Facility
Sumner, Washington

One of the largest warehouses under a single roof in the Pacific Northwest, it has a 40 foot eave, high bay warehouse which covers 340,000 sf with additional 120,000 sf of mezzanine and as attached office building of 40,000 sf. Work performed included design, fabrication and erection of the structural and roof systems.

Fed Ex AIDEA Line Maintenance Hangar
Anchorage, Alaska

The 747 maintenance hangar is a 250 foot clear span pre-engineered steel building system built in Anchorage Alaska. SEA CON LLC produced the design and fabrication of the building shell. (View project documentation)


      


Genie Terex
North Bend, Washington

The project consisted of 24 acres and 200,000 sf of buildings for Terex Aerial Lift Platforms. Construction included the building of a 43,000 sf pre-engineered steel cross dock building. (View project documentation)


Heiser Truck Bodies
Seattle, Washington

Heiser Truck Bodies was an addition/remodel to a previous truck trailer facility. The unique aspect to this project was the construction of the largest paint booths for trucks in Puget Sound capable of handling full size fire trucks and concrete pump trucks with truck booms extended.


Issaquah Honda Kubota
Issaquah, Washington

A 12,000 sf pre-engineered steel building housing equipment deck, retail sales, equipment service center, and administration / office space on the second story mezzanine. The project utilizes a standing-seam metal roof system. (View project documentation)

SEA CON LLC supplied and erected a pre-engineered steel building for use as a server farm. The project consists of two (2) buildings that are 250’ x 120’ with two associated link structures in between that are 14’-8” x 22’-8”.


Bellevue Safeway
Bellevue, Washington

SEA CON LLC supplied and erected a pre-engineered steel building for use as a milk plant waste water treatment facility that included a Simple Saver insulation and vapor barrier system for the roof and walls.


Blue Origin
Kent, Washington

SEA CON LLC supplied and erected a pre-engineered steel building for use as an aerospace manufacturing facility that included a Simple Saver insulation system for the roof and walls, single point anchor systems for the roof, along with two roof curb systems for RTUs. Included in the design and fabrication is a Fall Protection System utilizing single point andors.


Lummi Tribal Maintenance Building
Bellingham, Washington

SEA CON LLC supplied and erected a pre-engineered steel building for use as a Maintenance Facility that measured 75’x140’ and had 15’ eave heights. SEA CON LLC also supplied and installed a Simple Saver insulation system for the roof and walls along with AEP SPAN Prestige Series exterior wall panels and a translucent roof panel system.


Pacific Coast Canola
Warden, Washington

SEA CON LLC supplied and erected (4) pre-engineered steel buildings for use as a canola oil production facility. Structures included a two story administration building, two rail buildings for product transport along with boiler building and scale house.  Building systems included Simple Saver insulation systems, insulated foam core panel systems, translucent panel systems, overhead crane supports, architectural steel framing elements and interior tenant improvements.
