Modern Aviation – Seattle, Washington
Two-phase project with the first phase involving construction of a 40,000-square-foot hangar and the second phase included a 24,500-square-foot hangar with a 7,500-square-foot office building. Project also entailed improvements to create a state-of-the-art fixed based operation.

Modern Aviation – Centennial, Colorado
Two adjacent hangars (23,550 square feet and 28,560 square feet), each with a 2,000 square foot shop. Both hangars are served by a 7,000 square foot fixed based operation.

Federal Express – Anchorage, Alaska
260’ x 260’ clear-span pre-engineered steel building designed and constructed to serve as a maintenance hangar for Boeing 747 airplanes.

H2 Hangar – Bremerton, Washington
This is a 10,000 square foot private hangar with 2,500 square foot pilot’s lounge. The building is being constructed using a pre-engineered steel structure, and all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are design-built by SEA CON.
